Love the system - it's perfect for us. A few things that would make life easier:
1. Bringing back the direct PDF download link from letter received notification emails.
2. You promote an offer for joining with multiple businesses, but no easy way to manage them - the top right drop down would be a natural place to manage a connection to multiple businesses (Xero style) - at the moment I'm unfortunately having to juggle separate email logins/magic links for multiple businesses.

We'll occasionally ask for your thoughts on new features and product ideas, but this isn't just about research. It's about creating a place where people can share knowledge, celebrate successes, solve problems together and have a genuine influence on what comes next.
In regards to the direct PDF links, we spent a long time weighing this up internally. We completely understood the convenience (we actually use Hoxton Mix for our own mail!), but ultimately we weren't comfortable with a permanent link to potentially sensitive mail sitting in an email inbox indefinitely.
